Duties and Responsibility:
– Are responsible for executing the purchase orders received for sale dept. according to required quality /Brands ETC
– To monitor market price and report to sales dept. for updating their record
– To negotiate the price with suppliers and ensure best prices being quoted
– To apply quality assurance procedures in respect of purchasing fro approved suppliers
– To receive the purchase items, review of quality and keep in adequate place in warehouse
– To supervise delivery arrangement and ensure all items being packed properly to prevent leakage, loose ETC
– To gather all purchasing invoices, review and submit to supervisor for approval
– To search for local suppliers who are able to deal with us on credit bases and provide the relevant document for credit account terms to be arranged by our finance dept.

Quality Analyst and QMS Auditor

Job Title: Quality Analyst and QMS Auditor

Duties and Responsibility:
• Planning, scheduling and conducting internal quality audit for Yanbu head office, Jeddah, Rabigh, Jizan and Duba.
• Authorized to prepare, amend quality policies and procedures as and when necessary.
• Responsible for follow up for external quality audit and timely completion of audit findings if any.
• Co-ordinate and follow-up activities w.r.t. External / Internal Audits, Management review, Corrective / Preventive Actions, Customer Complaints etc.
• Preparing NC report for any NC found in Audit or any customer complaints.
• Analyzing root causes for problems and implementing suitable preventive actions
• Maintain the data on Quality claims, customer satisfaction and monitoring timely completion of actions.
• Authorized to review, modify the quality procedures and quality manual, as and when required, in liaison with GM and QMR.
• Responsible for Operate and efficient quality assurance and control functions within the company with proper co-ordination among all concerned and according to their quality needs.
• Identifying timely for any non-conformance found during the whole process from inquiry receipt till final delivery of service.
• Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
• Report to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process.
• Ensure that a document control procedure is adopted to approve, review and update all changes to critical documents within the scope of the QMS.
• Ensure that records are established and maintained to provide evidence that the QMS is being followed and that there is a system in place for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of such records.
• Ensure that the performance of the QMS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. This review means assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the QMS.
• Ensure that Quality Objectives are set by top management for measuring the performance of the QMS and that these are regularly reviewed.
• Ensure that all new staff is inducted into the requirements of the QMS related to their own roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure that all suppliers used by the organization are selected, evaluated and re-evaluated and that records of this assessment are maintained.
• Ensure that top management undertakes periodic but regular assessments of customer satisfaction and those consequent improvements are identified and implemented.

Store Keeper

Duties and Responsibility:

1- Handling incoming parcels/ documents through courier/ air fright
2- Following up vessel’s eta & arrange delivery without fail
3- Outgoing parcels/ documents through courier & dispatching to the destination
4- Monitoring off landing stores/ spares from vessel & dispatching to the destination
5- Monitoring landing material for servicing ashore and return to ship
6- Off landing oil samples & arrange dispatching to the destination
7- Collecting of signed delivery notes from tugs after successful delivery
8- Preparing date entry after completion of job & submitting all related documents to the shipping file
9- Preparing report to supervisor for spares/ chemical & other stuffs in stock
10- Preparing weekly parcel movement report for various client
11- Maintaining inventory stocking
