HR Specialist

Job Title: HR Specialist

Duties and Responsibility:

  • The HR Specialist should represent the employees and the company by:
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
  • Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
  • Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
  • Providing support in various HR functions including recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, employee counseling and HR government relations.
  • Carrying all HR activities in compliance with the local labor laws, regulations and internal company policies.
  • Maximize the efficiency of the workplace by assisting the HR management in attracting, hiring and developing the best talent.
  • Support the HR management in planning and implementing overall HR strategies that contributes to the company’s objectives and goals.
  • Assist HR management in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that in compliance with labor law regulations as well as corporate policies and values.

  • Administer all HR related government relations including GOSI, MOL, , HRDF.
  • Maintaining up-to-date employees’ records manually and electronically through the HR system (JISR System).
  • Assist in performance management processes including setting KPIs and administering the performance appraisal process.
  • Organizing and managing employee training and development programs (internally and externally).
  • Handling grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures in accordance to local labor law and company policies and procedures.
  • Administering internal communications including memos, HR announcements and letters.
  • Provide employees with counselling on policies and procedures thereby acting as a liaison between the company management and employees.

Quality Assistant

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Work closely with developers and the Business Analyst to create test specifications/conditions and build test cases to rigorously test product functionality and investigate all potential product test failures.
  • Write, review, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation.
  • Create testing programs that address areas such as user experience, product performance, high-growth scalability, database impacts, and other non-functional requirements
  • Develop QA metrics for performance improvement and present improvement ideas
  • Help in determining and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
  • Working with other internal stakeholders to establish procedures, standards and systems in relation to products, enhancements, upgrades, etc.

  • Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed.

Quality Analyst and QMS Auditor

Job Title: Quality Analyst and QMS Auditor

Duties and Responsibility:
• Planning, scheduling and conducting internal quality audit for Yanbu head office, Jeddah, Rabigh, Jizan and Duba.
• Authorized to prepare, amend quality policies and procedures as and when necessary.
• Responsible for follow up for external quality audit and timely completion of audit findings if any.
• Co-ordinate and follow-up activities w.r.t. External / Internal Audits, Management review, Corrective / Preventive Actions, Customer Complaints etc.
• Preparing NC report for any NC found in Audit or any customer complaints.
• Analyzing root causes for problems and implementing suitable preventive actions
• Maintain the data on Quality claims, customer satisfaction and monitoring timely completion of actions.
• Authorized to review, modify the quality procedures and quality manual, as and when required, in liaison with GM and QMR.
• Responsible for Operate and efficient quality assurance and control functions within the company with proper co-ordination among all concerned and according to their quality needs.
• Identifying timely for any non-conformance found during the whole process from inquiry receipt till final delivery of service.
• Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.
• Report to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.
• Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external accreditation process.
• Ensure that a document control procedure is adopted to approve, review and update all changes to critical documents within the scope of the QMS.
• Ensure that records are established and maintained to provide evidence that the QMS is being followed and that there is a system in place for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of such records.
• Ensure that the performance of the QMS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. This review means assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the QMS.
• Ensure that Quality Objectives are set by top management for measuring the performance of the QMS and that these are regularly reviewed.
• Ensure that all new staff is inducted into the requirements of the QMS related to their own roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure that all suppliers used by the organization are selected, evaluated and re-evaluated and that records of this assessment are maintained.
• Ensure that top management undertakes periodic but regular assessments of customer satisfaction and those consequent improvements are identified and implemented.
